I would still recommend it, if you accept to spend hours fixing things and don't expect it to work out-of-the-box. My board currently runs a Luanti server, a Duniter blockchain node, and can compile Rust without problem and without restarting randomly.
Nobody paid me to write this. I just hope it will be useful to someone who, like me, struggles to find reliable information and concrete experience about these new SBCs.

Orange Pi does not provides official schematics. However I've found these on Scribd and managed to export to PDF (using Scribd's embedded mode and Firefox print to PDF). I don't know whether they are reliable, as they are uploaded by random people and are pretty bad quality from the start.

Something interesting to know (undocumented, for gnu's sake!) is that the 3.3V regulator drives up to 2.5A. In practice you can draw less current than that because present components will also use it, but it means we can hope maybe 1A safe **but don't do it if you're afraid of frying your board**.
