Check and repair database (remove incomplete or invalid entries)

  • remove dangling entries in comment_pending and comment_approved
  • reindex orphaned comments and edited comments in comment
  • remove invalid entries
  • remove pending edits without last_edit_time
  • in comment_pending, set is_edit to true if comment is pending edit
