Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
Because it surely makes the web safer when native crypto is disabled, we can't use browser's hash API without being HTTPS or local.
In that case, we should use a JS implementation like https://github.com/dchest/fast-sha256-js .
